Easy backcourt violations
After you have scored, stand in front of the man holding the ball and he will not move, or move very slowly. Keep standing in front of him and move along with him to make the other team get a backcourt violation.

Trading
When in a tournament or franchise, do not trade in that trade in the home screen. The teams will not take your players, but in the home screen they will take anything.

Level select

Infinite bonus level

Bosses weak spots
The weak spots for the three Bosses in Sector 2 are as follows:

Colossus (Base Boss): Climb the stairs until at the very top and look down at Colossus’s head. When the head opens, shoot it with a shotgun for best results (1/5 to 1/4 damage).

Enforcer (City Boss): On the machine’s back near the bottom, is a circular lighted area. Your crosshairs will lock on to that area. Shoot it with a shotgun or rocket launcher for best results.

Mantis (Ruins Boss): Get close to the bug and shoot the underside. Shooting its shell will not do anything, as it deflects most of the shots. The best weapon is the Photon MG because it stops Mantis in its tracks.

Good hits
If you guess a four seam fastball every time you will increase your chances of hitting the ball, and hit the ball further.

Easy homeruns
While playing a game in Season mode, press Start and go to the options. Go to “User Game Tuning” and increase your contact and power until it is a full bar. You will now be able to hit a homerun with almost every at bat.

Quick win
Start a game, score a run, then press Start. Go to “Fast Forward” and select “End Of Game” and you will win.

Cheat mode
Enter the unlockables screen in Gretzky Challenge mode and press Start. Then, enter “SHOENLOC” as a code.

Unlock characters without spending points
Note: This was done in season mode, but may also work in other game modes. You must already have points with which you can unlock players. In season mode, go to the unlockables section and unlock the player you wish to use. When leaving the screen, do not save the Gretzkey Challenge Data. Then, draft the player you unlocked to the team of your choice and save your season. Then, go back to the Gretzky challenge section and load up your old Gretzkey Challenge stats (or you can just reboot the PSP). You will have your points back, and the player you unlocked will still be shown as locked. However, he will still be on your team roster. If you are not in season mode, instead of saving your season, save your Pro Manager information. Basically the only time when you want to save your Gretzkey Challenge stats is when you earn new points.

Better framerate
To increase the framerate and make the game run smoother, set the gamespeed to 0. This will slow the game down enough (but not make it too slow) and the framerate will be able to keep up with the action on-screen.

90% face off win percentage (100 points): In a single game win 90% of the face offs.
250 shots on goal (150 points): Get 250 shot on goal in a single game.
3 Hattricks in a game (250 points): Get 9 goals with one player in a single game.
Perfect season (500 points): Win all games in a season either 29 or 82 games in length.

Enter “JEHUTY” as a password to get a card featuring Jehuty from Zone Of The Enders. This card will destroy all equipment and equipment level-ups in the current room.

Obtaining rare cards
Note: Save your game before doing this trick. Make sure you have a lot of points to spend, then go to the card shop. Buy all packs in the shop for the rare card you want (for example, Liquid Snake, Genola, Solid Snake, etc.). If you do not obtain any cards you want, go to options then return to the title screen. Reload your game and do the same thing until you get the desired card.

Once you 100% beat the game and start a new game with the name “fluwdear” and the level select option will be available.

SnowKidz Snowboarding mini-game
Collect 10 Specter Emblems to unlock the SnowKidz snowboarding mini-game. To accelerate, press the Analog-stick Up or hold D-pad Up. Characters are Professor, Spike, 1-Ton, and Natalie. You will see a gauge at the bottom of the screen. When you collect glowing bananas, your gauge will fill and you will get a boost of speed. To increase your gauge, hold X and release; this will make you jump. While jumping, hold or press Circle or Triangle. You will perform a trick and increase your gauge. Note: To get higher up, jump while on a hill of snow.

Specter Boxing mini-game
Collect 20 Specter Emblems to unlock the Specter Boxing mini-game; characters are 1-Ton and John.

Jake Attacks mini-game
Collect 30 Specter Emblems to unlock the Jake Attacks mini-game.

Ape Ping Pong mini-game
Collect 40 Specter Emblems to unlock the Ape Ping Pong mini-game.

Bonus characters in Ape Ping Pong
Successfully complete tournament mode and defeat Specter and Yellow Pipotron to unlock them in tournament and training mode.

Bonus characters and survival mode in Specter Boxing
Successfully complete Specter Boxing to unlock extra characters. The extra characters include the Boss monkey and Specter. You will also unlock survival mode; you can only play as the Blue Pipotron in this mode.

Attacks in Specter Boxing
Press Circle to evade an attack.
Press X for an uppercut.
Press Square for a quick light jab.
Press Triangle for a slow heavy jab.

Combos in Specter Boxing
Press Right + X for a dash uppercut.
Press Right + Square for a clockwise spin jab.
Press Right + Triangle for a counter clockwise spin jab.

Catching Apes
If an ape is in front of you, hit it with a stun club. Immediately after it falls down, use the net to catch it.

UFOs
If monkeys see you and jump into their UFO, equip your slingshot and shoot it down. When it falls, the monkey will be temporarily stunned.

Wrong button instructions
When you go to save the game, go to the view monkeys section (the floppy disk with a monkey on it). To view a monkey, you are instructed to press X, but instead you can also use Circle. Highlight a monkey and press either X or Circle. Move to the last monkey you have (you must have over two pages), then move back to the first monkey. There will be an “L” at the bottom left hand corner of the screen, but you cannot move back with L. To exit this glitch, press R once and when you press L it will be gone.

No sound
In the main game, collect 40 Specter Emblems, then enter the Ape Ping Pong mini-game. Select tournament or practice mode then perform a power hit. Immediately afterwards, pause the game. You will hear the sounds from the rest of the power hit. After you resume the game, you will see the power hit cut seen, but there will be no sound.
